Return fee
We charge €4.99 for the return of your package. For orders placed until Wednesday, June 13, 2023, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount afterwards. If you placed your order on June 14, 2023, or later, the return costs will be charged when you register your return.
Wondering why we charge a return fee?
The return percentage in the fashion industry can be as high as 50% or more. Returning packages has a big impact on the environment. At JOSH V, we would like to minimize this impact as much as possible together with you.
We donate 10% of the return fee to a good cause each year. Keep an eye on our social media channels every year in January for the announcement of the charity.
Since 2020, we have donated this amount annually to Sympany, an organization that collects textiles and finds a new use for them or recycles them. Also in 2023, 10% of the return fee will go to ReShare. The rest of the amount will be invested in a more sustainable JOSH V.
